Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 56

Hello Community,

I am having a great deal of difficulty with completion of this step (Step 56).

" Associate the text Loving with the checkbox by only nesting the text Loving in a label element and place it to the right side of the checkbox input element."

I have taken a look at a few different topics that discussed the issue:

(Error message stating new users can only put 2 links in a post…)

I have also tried multiple different iterations to try to find the solution:

<input id=“loving” type=“checkbox”>Loving

<input id=“loving” type=“checkbox”>Loving

I have been stuck for easily 30 minutes attempting this single step to no avail.

I am not sure if I am just not understanding the concept or if it’s a simple error that I’m making, any and all help would be appreciated.

What you have now (in the code block above) is correct but you need one space between the input element and the label element.
Try adding that now.
