I got it thanks a lot.
and if possible can tell me why we are putting the label down, in most of the programs as I have seen the label part will be on the top.

The label can also be placed below, to the left, or even right-aligned with the input field. The key consideration is to keep the labels visible and consistently placed to assist users in completing the form
