Hello!
I suggest using this code from your first checkbox as reference to enter your second checkbox.

I suggest enterring the new input checkbox below the first one, and following the instructions for what to enter in it.
As well, the label element is to be completely to the right of the input, not nesting the input element.

Suggestion: Reset the step to make sure there are not any other issues when you start the step.
Only add the new checkbox below the first one, and do not add anything, including a number, to anything except to add the information provided in the instructions. Even a small thing, like a dot or an extra space, can create a problem.

I hope by using your previous code for a reference you will be able to move on up your coding path.
