I have tried every variation of this label element. I have done it on like 44 and 45 just to see if that changes anything but nothing. I feel like im going in circles

Remember the test asked you to wrap the word Loving with a <label></label> with a for value of the same as input’s id.

Remember It asked you to wrap the word Loving in <label></label>, and make it have the same ID as the input.

Hi @Lumious2004 , Welcome to the community.

            <input id="loving" type="checkbox"> <label for="Loving"></label>

The id of input field is in lower case. So the label for attribute should also have the same value.
Additionally, the text “Loving” is missing in the label.
Please give a try.
