You changed some things you shouldn’t have. Restart the step and do only what the instructions ask:

“Use the space bar on your keyboard to add two more spaces in front of the p element…”

That’s it, don’t make any other changes. Please let us know if you have any questions about the instructions.

thanks but it didnt work :frowning:

We need to see what you tried so we know why it didn’t work.
To display your code in here you need to wrap it in triple back ticks. On a line by itself type three back ticks. Then on the first line below the three back ticks paste in your code. Then below your code on a new line type three more back ticks. The back tick on my keyboard is in the upper left just above the Tab key and below the Esc key.

Filling this out helps us and helps you, by the way

You do have the p element lined up with the h2 and comment like the instructions asked but it looks like the overall indentation has changed. If you reset the step, this is what you should see:

<html>
  <body>
    <h1>CatPhotoApp</h1>
    <main>
      <h2>Cat Photos</h2>
      <!-- TODO: Add link to cat photos -->
    <p>Click here to view more cat photos.</p>
    </main>
  </body>
</html>

Notice how the body tag is indented two spaces inside the html tag. In your HTML this is not the case, they are both at the same indentation, which will cause this step to fail.

Again, restart the step, and the ONLY thing you should do is add two spaces in front of the p element.

it does not work. ı tried many times. Already, indents are like yours. :((

It does work if all of the spacing is correct. What is your most recent code?

<html>
  <body>

    <h1>CatPhotoApp</h1>
    <main>
      <h2> Cat Photos </h2>
      <!-- TODO: Add link to cat photos -->
        <p>Click here to view more cat photos.</p>
    </main>
  </body>
</html>

where is the problem? I did what is said below

You added extra line breaks. Blank lines are not spaces.

You added four spaces here. You should only have added two.

Literally the only thing you should do is press the space bar twice. Doing absolutely anything else will cause the tests to mark your code as wrong.
