I’m writing my code correctly and it works but I see error for submitting it, can anyone help ?

You havent completed what the directions are asking

“ Make the first radio button and the first checkbox selected by default”

You only have the radio button checked

Isn’t adding checked for this result ? To be selected by default ?

Adding checked to the input makes them checked by default, and like the directions say. You should be me making your first radio button and first checkbox checked be default. You are only doing your radio button, you need to do it to the checkbox as well
