When adding an element, you are not only adding its opening tag <head> like that.

When adding an element you should include ALL the tags necessary.
Head element requires you both the opening tag <head> and the closing tag </head>.

its not working and even gets worse when i add the tittle tag

catphotoapp and says Your `title` element should be nested in the `head` element. Make sure to add an opening tag and closing tag for the `title` element . and yet every thing is there
