I need help on step 64 now please

Can you be more specific and describe in your own words what about the instructions or hints is confusing or has you stuck?

I’m stuck on Exercise 64 too. I’m not understanding the Hint. Hint pasted below:

Your anchor (a) element should have an href attribute with the value https://www.freecodecamp.org. You may have omitted the attribute/value, or have a typo.

Can someone explain please?

yes we can, please open your own topic though as every time you post to someone else’s they get a notification (so it is considered spam unless you are trying to help them)

Hi my name is Sophia that one is really easy, I can show you the code if you like.

What do you mean more specific

hi Sophia, nice to meet you.
Jeremy was wondering I think if you know which part of the exercise you didn’t understand or didn’t know how to do?

Oh well i didn’t know i am so sorry and nice to meet you to.

If you are still stuck please let us know which part of this exercise you are struggling to understand or implement. Otherwise, happy coding!

No thanks i am on Cafe Menu now me, my brother, and even my mom can’t figure it out

If you are stuck on a Step, you should use the Ask For Help button and fill information about how you are stuck.

Here’s the deal if i can’t figure a step on the course you fix the code for me, my brother, and mom

We don’t “fix it for you”, we help you fix it yourself

Oh really is that so JeremyLT!

It is against the rules for us to write the answer for you

Why is it against the rule!

Because us writing the answers for you does nothing to help you learn.

Ok i will not ask no more questions or ruin your day good bye

hello again!

I noticed earlier that you offered to help someone else who asked a question?
I am sure you wanted to help them to learn how to do it themselves of course.
Because if you just give them the solution, then they will not actually have learned it themselves? (just copied it themselves?).

I think if you talk to your family about this, and see what they think, maybe they will say that you should copy the solution from the internet (all the solutions are somewhere on the internet probably). But maybe they will think that if you learn to do it yourself, you will be able to solve harder problems yourself one day without needing to copy or get someone’s help.

It is up to you though. You can copy the solution when you find it. Or you can try to work it out yourself. (we are here to help with the 2nd part only)
