I’ll revisit step 62 again. I guess it has something to do with my browser, but I’m having a problem with this step, and I don’t know what to do

I have a problem with step 64. I followed the instructions, but always get this error
Your anchor (a ) element should be nested within the footer element. Make sure to add an opening tag and closing tag for the anchor (a ) element.
