Challenge: Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 64

Link to the challenge:

:balloon: Hi, welcome to the forum!
We see you have posted some code but did you have a question?

(You have not filled out the “Tell us what’s happening:” field above)

I have problem with step 64…
Make the text freeCodeCamp.org into a link by enclosing it in an anchor (a ) element. The href attribute should be set to https://www.freecodecamp.org
Can you help me, did i do something wrong with coding?

Yes the mistake is small but important. Whenever you read that some text is to be enclosed in an element, you must not add any extra spaces inside the element as you have at the moment.
It should be exactly the required text and not one thing more (not even a space)

I tried that too but it constantly show me that anchor is not nested within footer element and that i need to add opening and closing tag for the a element which i think i already have.

Please post the new code without the spaces that you tried.

I’ve edited your code for readability. When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (').

You still have an extra space on the right?

It is great that you solved the challenge, but instead of posting your full working solution, it is best to stay focused on answering the original poster’s question(s) and help guide them with hints and suggestions to solve their own issues with the challenge.

We are trying to cut back on the number of spoiler solutions found on the forum and instead focus on helping other campers with their questions and definitely not posting full working solutions.
