Challenge: Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 8

Link to the challenge:

hi there,

please review the sample code shown to you
<img src="https://www.example.com/the-image.jpg">

Your code should be just like this but with a different value for src.
(reset and try again)

The instruction: " Inside the existing img element, add an src attribute with this URL…"
INSIDE the existing img. You have added a new ‘img’ element. Instead of that add ‘src’ attribute in the existing ‘img’ element and set its value to given url:

https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/curriculum/cat-photo-app/relaxing-cat.jpg

thank you for helping but i have been trying that from a long time but its not working

have you tried to click the reset button? (it looks like an arrow turning)

Then have you tried to add the src attribute exactly as shown in the sample?
(exactly as shown)

Nope. not working its showing you have left the element

Restart step. Of course that your first img tag is left or something similar. After restarting follow the instruction above. It it doesn’t pass the challenge, post your code here again:

<img src="URL"> This is all you have to do!

“URL” is given in the step:
