In step 8 my img tag is not being recognized, and the code looks correct without quotation marks. However, ~ when i put " marks around “https…Jpg” it shows red indicating an error i don’t see.

Yes, I’ve also seen this problem when the img tag is not closed, try adding / at the end before this >.
