It’s not running because your alt text is not written correctly. The instruction presented you with an example, <img src="cat.jpg" alt="A cat">. You have the image source in separate qoutes, and the alt text in separate quotes. By looking at this, you can see that you were only expected to create an alt attribute, and then paste in the alt text provided to you between the alt attribute’s quotes.
