I created the 3 fieldset in the form like asked, but it still doesn’t work.

Your code is working for me. Have you tries resetting the lesson and starting over? Sometimes I’ve found that when I’m sure my answer’s correct but it’s still not taking, I have to reset the lesson. Not too often an occurrence, but it might be worth a shot. Best of luck : - )
