Tell us what’s happening:
I believe I entered the code as instructed, but all the text is showing only in the first label. I even entered the second string of text in the second fieldset and that wasn’t correct either.

Remove the <br> tags you’ve included at the end of the labels.

It’s not that the text is only showing in the first label but that they are all contained in the same fieldset element. The boxes you see in the preview are the different fieldsets. The remaining two will be used for later steps.
