My code looks correct on step 16 but fails to pass. I have reset 10 times and followed the instructions with the same results.

Rather than explaining your situation it is better to asking a question and trying to help use what are you trying to accomplish.

From what I’ve seen you are missing the closing tag of input in all your code. simply put closing tag and I am sure it will solve your problem.
