Learning to describe problems is hard, but it is an important part of learning how to code.

Hi there, welcome to the community!

You’re off to a great start, but the lesson asked for:

Nest an input element within each label. Be sure to add each input after the label text, and include a space after the colon.

Here are a few quick tips to help you match the instructions:

  1. Add a space between the colon : and the input field
  2. Avoid using / in the input tag — it should follow standard syntax
  3. The type attribute format looks incorrect and is not required in this step, so it’s better to remove it

You’re very close. A few small adjustments and you’ll be all set. Keep going, you’re doing well!

This syntax is OK. It’s often used for void elements.
