You don’t need tag in ‘input’ elements. For each id="value" in input element you should have for="value" in the opening <label for="value"> tag. The “value” must be the same. You have to enter one of the four values for each pair of label and input elements.

i tried this but i still keep getting this from the HINT

The first input element should have an id of first-name .

<label for="smth">Enter Your First Name: <input id="smth"></label>

The “smth” is the first-name. The same applies to the rest of the code lines.
