The ‘input’ element doesn’t have the closing </input> tag. It is a self-closing tag. Only <input> is needed here.
You have added the id="value" into the input elements, but you should add the for="value" to the corresponding opening <label> tags. For each pair of labels and input element, you must have the same value for the ‘for’ and ‘id’ attributes.
