Learn HTML Forms by Building a Registration Form - Step 19

Hello everyone!
I seem to be stuck on this step:
" Give the first two input elements a type attribute of text, the third a type attribute of email, and the fourth a type attribute of password."
I think I’ve filled in the correct code but it keeps getting rejected. I’ve tried re-arranging the elements but nothing has worked yet. I would really appreciate any advice.

Hey there!!
Remember that when you want to give a value to a property in html, you need to use the equality symbol “=” and not the colon “:”.
If you change this to the “type” property, it should work

Hope that helps!!

No problem!!
And don’t worry, it’s not stupid at all, it has happened and it’s happening to all of us to have a tiny mistake or typo right in front of our eyes and completely missing it  We’ve all been there :joy:

Keep up the good work!! :muscle:
