Welcome to the forum. Read the challenge instructions carefully. you did not added correct words between h2 element.
You need to add CatPhotoApp. Also you deleted your h1 element. Reset your challenge step and try again.

This is the second step of the Registration form which does not require anything to be done, except add the html element, which you did correctly. But, the lang attribute and its value "en" are missing from the opening html tag.

Only the !DOCTYPE html and the html opening and closing tags are required here.

The opening html tag should have the attribute lang with a value of “en”
