Mod edit: code removed

its so simple it says
add input element with value and type attribute to it with the value (Submit)
so it will be like this
<input type="submit" value="Submit">
you just need to add this like after all the fieldest you have added before
to be at the end like this

the s for the value should be capital (Submit)
