Tell us what’s happening:
I am supposed to be adding a type to submit and value to submit. I thought I did that correctly unless they need to be in separate inputs?

Case matters here. The S needs to be capitalized.

I think you’ll find that in most of the FCC steps the case must match exactly as given in the instructions. So if you are not passing a step them make sure to check that you got the case right.
