I’m having difficulty getting this bit of code to pass and am not understanding what is wrong with code. please can anyone be of help?

Enter Your First Name: Enter Your Last Name: Enter Your Email: Create a New Password:
Enter Your First Name: Enter Your Last Name: Enter Your Email: Create a New Password:

The instruction: " after the LAST fieldset element add an input element with the type attribute set to submit and the value attribute set to Submit ."

You have added the input element in the first ‘fieldset’ element.
Also, the value of the ‘value’ attribute should be starting with an uppercase.
