Yes I have…

Instruction is—after the last fieldset element add an input element with the type attribute set to submit and the value attribute set to Submit.

Isn’t that what I’ve done?

Nope.
The instructions: Add Submit as the value.
You : Added submit as the value.

You see the difference now?

I was trying to help without giving you the solution. You should add Submit with capital S.
