Describe your issue in detail here.
This is the Question: You only want one radio input to be selectable at a time. However, the form does not know the radio inputs are related.

To relate the radio inputs, give them the same name attribute with a value of account-type. Now, it is not possible to select both radio inputs at the same time.

When I put the code it said : You should give the first radio input the name attribute with a value of account-type.

so what name did you actually use? (it does seem that you used something else?)

I put the code like that. name=“account-personal”.

is account-personal the name they asked for?

This this what they asked for: To relate the radio inputs, give them the same name attribute with a value of account-type . Now, it is not possible to select both radio inputs at the same time.

so what do you think? did you follow their instructions?

edit: compare the name in the instructions with the name you typed.
