Learn HTML Forms by Building a Registration Form - Step 28

Tell us what’s happening:

I keep getting the error code “You should add Account type (required) text to the legend element”, but I’ve done that, and tried adjusting the locations for the <>, what am I missing?

Account type (required) Personal Business

Hey @b.roehl91

According to the error message in the console, you have to add the <lengend> tag (it’s not a self-closing tag you have to add a closing tag ) and the value of it is Account type (required).

yes sorry, I meant to include that I had tried closing that tag as well as playing with the placement of my <> brackets. nothing seems to work.

thank you, i figured it out, i refreshed the page and then copy pasted the account type required field rather than manually typing it and it worked. spent way too long triple reading it for typos and I swear there were none lol. but thank you again
