Learn HTML Forms by Building a Registration Form - Step 30

Describe your issue in detail here.
I’m getting switched between two hints.

“You should only wrap the a element around the text terms and conditions

You should give the a element an href of https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/terms-of-service/ .

I’m a bit confused as I either give the anchor element href value and it says the anchor should only have text “terms and conditions” or I place the href outside the anchor and it says you should give the anchor element a href value.

Hopefully that made sense. Thanks in advance.

Your code so far

        <label for="personal-account"><input id="personal-account" type="radio" name="account-type" /> Personal Account</label>
        <label for="business-account"><input id="business-account" type="radio" name="account-type" /> Business Account</label>
        <label for="terms-and-conditions"><input id="terms-and-conditions" type="checkbox" required /> <a href="https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/terms-of-service/"> terms and conditions </a> />I accept the terms and conditions</label>

You don’t want to add any additional text to the label. You want to turn the existing “terms and conditions” text into a link.
