Get rid of that extra space character between the opening a tag and the word “terms”.

In general, do not add extra spaces inside the link text. The tests don’t like that.

Oh wait, I just noticed that you have duplicated that fieldset. Why did you do that? You should only have one fieldset with those three inputs in it.

Ya, your first fieldset isn’t right at all, that’s why you are getting that hint. I would delete it and keep the second fieldset. That one just has the spacing issue I mentioned above.

In general, you should not make unexpected changes, such as adding new elements that weren’t asked for.
