I’m stuck on step 31. I read online a lot of people had the same issue, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

"Add the text I accept the terms and conditions immediately after the input element in the newly added label. Then link the text terms and conditions to the following location:

The label is to be after the third fieldset.
Currently, it is inside of the fieldset.
Try moving the closing fieldset tag, beside the opening fieldset tag, above the opening label tag.

See if that works for you. Please watch space issues may be part of the problem, too. I think there may be a space required before the opening anchor tag.
