Describe your issue in detail here.
The code doesn’t pass according to the system but in the message in the console [TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘innerHTML’)] after trying different ways to write HTML code + I reset it many times still not working. I don’t what doing wrong. I got the above on Linux Mint with Firefox and Brave browsers now in Google Chrome this is a problem.

Your anchor element is nesting all of the text.

Place opening anchor tag before the word terms.
Then place the closing anchor tag before the word conditions.
