I’m trying to add terms and conditions text and link as asked in the challenge but still, I’m not able to pass this step. Please suggest solution.

You are correct, but you don’t need to add terms and conditions twice, as if you will see if you run your code.

You did the challenge by linking the required text already, just remove the duplicate one.

You need to nest existing terms and conditions text within anchor element.
