This is a bit of a tricky step. Your code follows which is pretty close to what is required.

The steps says to link a portion of the text to a url. So you would do that by surrounding the text with an anchor element. The hyperlink needs a destination which is furnished by the href attribute of the anchor element. Check out this article about anchor elements.
