Hello and welcome to freeCodeCamp.

I reccomend you reset your code. Then in your label element, after your input element, you add the instucted text. Then before the text terms and conditions add your a element opening tag with your href and link. And after the text terms and conditions add your a element closing tag.
Your a element should still be in your label element and there should only be one terms and conditions
