Hi there and welcome to our community!

Can you describe the problem you’re facing in your own words please, including any error messages which you might be seeing? Learning to describe problems is a tricky but vital skill in coding. Also, the more you say, the more we can help!

Welcome to the community!
For future posts, please follow @igorgetmeabrain advice on posting your question with your own words, along with your code? This allows for a direct and accurate guidance resolution.

From looking that the code, it does not appear that you have tried the step.

It asks that the select element and all of the option elements be nested within a label element with the text How did you hear about us? It states the text should come before the select element.

In your code, as you see, everything is nested within the fieldset element. Do not change this. I am commenting on it so you can see how to nest your select and option elements within the label element.
The first label element should be just before the select, as per the instructions. The closing element should close after the closing select and before the closing label, in the code.

Happy coding!
