the select tags, i had already add name attribute to it, kindly help me check where the error is so as to move forward for good 4 days now

Hello! Add a name attribute within the opening select tag instead of option tags.

Hola me podrias pasar como quedaria el codigo?? estoy atascado en este paso, me marca un error de no haber cerrado la etiqueta textarea cuando lo tengo hecho igual que en el ejemplo. Pero me continua haciendolo y no me deja avanzar
