just do what you did before (in the first and 2nd fieldset blocks)

Add the for attribute to the label…and make its value match the id attribute of the input field or the select or the textarea etc.

Hi,
Check all your quotation marks, especially in the ‘form’ element. Also, your ‘input’ elements are without a ‘name’ attribute.

just fyi, single quotes are not invalid.
