Sorry I’m really confused what do you mean I haven’t given any attributes?

You have to give value attribute in option tag. But you are using value as a tag.
Example of adding attribute in a tag:

<option value="I am a value">I am an option</option>

Here option is a tag and value is an attribute and I am a value is the actual value of the value attribute.
