Hello and welcome to the freeCodeCamp forum.

Here you have added an input before your text. Move your id with value to your second input and delete the first one.

Here you were supposed to add the id to the select element not add an input element.

Here you were supposed to add the id to the textarea element.
Either reset your code and redo the challenge or just correct those mistakes.
