You need to edit this section so that it’s all on one line and also remove the period

Ya, it does appear that the tests are requiring it to all be on one line. Also, you can’t have any extra spaces before or after the words “Registration Form”. Granted, that’s how most people would do it, but really, I think this is a case of the tests being too strict.
