Learn HTML Forms by building a Registration Form - step 40

Hello, not really having problems except I just don’t understand what the different width means?

form {
  margin: 0 auto;
  max-width: 500px;
  min-width: 300px;
  width: 60vw;

When you have a large viewing window, the max-width will prevent the element from getting wider than that. It’s to prevent larger screens from messing your layout, or to make something the way you want.

Same for the min-width, it will not allow the element to become smaller when you shrink the window.
