Tell us what’s happening:
I was asked to add a name attribute to every submittable input element, and I did exactly that, but my code doesn’t pass. please what did I do wrong?

It seems you did not close your form starting tag, it seems your are missing the close > after the attributes, I mean like this <form>.

Could it be that?
