they are asking you to add a name attribute to each submittable element.
In order to find all the submittable elements that require a name attribute, all you have to do is take a look at the preview pane.

Every element in the preview pane that a user can type into or change the value of is a “submittable element”.
So just pretend to be the user and fill out the form. Everything you touch needs a name attribute added to it.
