it says i need to give the check box a name ive given names to other things im not certain where the check box a name

“Give each submittable element a unique name attribute of your choosing, except for the two radio inputs.”

That was the instruction that I saw when I did the same exercise. It was on Step 41. So in the checkbox input tag I put an attribute of name=“terms-and-conditions”
So I think it just wants you to do something similar

You need new password, instead of password. And also give name to your terms and conditions input and textarea.

Remove that extra unnecessary text before fieldset element.
