From the task instruction, you were asked to:

Remove the border, and add 2rem of padding only to the top and bottom of each fieldset. Be sure to remove the padding from the left and right.

From your code, you’ve removed the border, but you added padding to all sides instead of just the top and bottom; and you didn’t remove the padding from the left and right.
