Learning to describe problems is hard, but it is an important part of learning how to code.
Also, the more you say, the more we can help!

there is no need for the border . Only set the pading top and bottom elements . And also set padding left and right elements to zero

Hello @ahmadhotak.1982

The relevant portion of the request says:

Remove the border, and add 2rem of padding only to the top and bottom of each fieldset. Be sure to remove the padding from the left and right.

You have:

fieldset {
  border: 0;
  padding-top: 2rem;
  padding-bottom: 2rem;
  border-bottom: 3px;

}

To comply with the request to remove the border, the value for that should be then none and that takes care of it, there is not need for border-bottom

It mentions the padding property. That’s means top and bottom, left and right, with the same property. There is no need for any specific padding-x.
Now, padding works with up to four values and depending how many you give it, it has different meaning.

/* Apply to all four sides */
padding: 1em;

/* top and bottom | left and right */
padding: 5% 10%;

/* top | left and right | bottom */
padding: 1em 2em 2em;

/* top | right | bottom | left */
padding: 5px 1em 0 2em;

/* Global values */
padding: inherit;
padding: initial;
padding: revert;
padding: revert-layer;
padding: unset;

The request says to give it 2rem to only top and bottom, based on the chart, it has to be then the first value given. It also says to remove padding for left and right, that means the property padding can have only two values and the second is a 0 to comply.
