Tell us what’s happening:

It told me to remove the border, and add 2rem of padding only to the top and bottom of each fieldset. Be sure to remove the padding from the left and right. Why is my code failing and this is what they thought me

You should be creating CSS rules for the fieldset elements, so that should be your selector, not border.

Within the selector, you should then have two CSS rules, one to remove the border and one to apply 2rem padding to top and bottom and remove padding from left and right (as you can use shorthand to apply/remove padding within a single rule).
