been stuck on this page since last night and seriously I don’t know what I’m expected to do next… can someone be kind enough to help me out?

i was asked to set the type value to submit and the value to submit of which i did but i cant seem to pass the stage… kindly help me out at this point, maybe a proper elaboration on what i’m expected to do will help.

The value attribute needs to match excatly what is asked for Submit (capital S).
