Learn Intermediate CSS by Building a Cat Painting - Step 9

Tell us what’s happening:

Describe your issue in detail here.

The task is:
Give .cat-head a position property of static , then set the top and left properties to 100px each.

The code is correct but I keep getting the warning:

Sorry, your code does not pass. Don’t give up.

Your .cat-head selector should have a position property set to static. Make sure you add a semi-colon.

But I used position: static;

Can anyone see what’s wrong?

Hi @icollier77 !
You already have a class selector. You don’t need this.

Welcome to the Forum. :partying_face:

See here you no need to put the calss .cat-head again because that is already assigned before.

So kindly remove the class which you have assigned.
And don’t forget to put closing } angular bracket at the end.

Hope you understand. :blush:

Ahhh, thank you so much!
