Learn Introductory JavaScript by Building a Pyramid Generator - Step 12

Tell us what’s happening: You are now ready to declare your next variable. Remove both console.log statements, and the character reassignment.

Also remove your secondCharacter variable, but leave the character initialization unchanged.

let character = ‘Hello’;

character = “World”;

I dont know what it wants me to do

secondCharacter = character;

Your code so far

// User Editable Region

let character = 'Hello';

character = "World";

secondCharacter = character;

// User Editable Region

Hi @solani.mpho

You should not reassign the value of character .

That means you need to remove that line of code.

Happy coding
